Booking & Appointments

To enjoy my services, please book in advance. You can reach me by phone on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (see the number under "Contacts"). You're also welcome to message me via email or Messenger — just keep in mind that your appointment is only confirmed once I reply.
If I can't pick up the phone, it means I'm with a client, but I'll always call you back as soon as I can — thank you for your patience! The easiest way to secure your next slot is simply to book it right after your treatment.

Since each service takes a different amount of time, we'll always agree on what you'd like in advance. At your first visit, I'll also do a short initial consultation (about 10–15 minutes), so please allow time for this when booking. If anything changes, just let me know.

Health & Safety

Please only come if you are free from contagious illnesses. If I get sick, I won't be able to provide treatments either, so it's always best to reschedule. If you're unsure whether your current condition allows for a treatment, we can talk it through beforehand.

Also, let me know about any changes in your health — illnesses, operations (big or small), wounds, or injuries. In some cases, the treatment may need to be adapted, or might not be recommended at all.

Cancellations

Life happens, and unexpected things come up — no problem! Just please let me know in time if you need to cancel. That way we respect each other's time. I'll always try to be flexible and find you a new slot. Cancellations are possible by phone (8 a.m.–6 p.m.), email, or Messenger.

Hygiene

Before massage, cupping, or kinesio taping, it's best to have a quick shower or bath if you're coming from home. Sweat and cosmetics can mix with oils/creams and may also reduce how well the tape sticks.
If you're coming straight from work or school, don't worry — there's a shower available here too. And if that's not convenient, even a wet wipe will do the trick. Please don't feel awkward — there's always a solution.

For kinesio taping: the skin needs to be hair-free, otherwise the tape won't adhere properly and removal will be uncomfortable. Please take care of hair removal beforehand. If needed, I can only help with shaving before applying the tape.

A Clear Boundary

My services do not include anything of a sexual nature. Please respect this — no extra payment or "special request" will change it. Any inappropriate behavior is not tolerated and may have legal consequences.
